So I sprint like an ox. Maybe more like a lame ox. I have searched here and googled there and haven't really found what I am looking for. Something that shows the basics for sprinting. The youtube stuff seems to be centered on starts and very brief expertvillage stuff and uses jargon like "posterior mechanics". Anyone got anything?
I guess when or if I get serious I can look at the thread below about programming.
Form Dynamics are the exact drills that teach running. These movements eliminate errant movement patterns which lead to quicker times run. I first learned them from an Olympic Strength & Conditioning Coach Overseas while playing basketball. I then took the basic ideas of the drills, simplified them, and made them into an actual system to learn how to move correctly. In my personal training business, this aspect is in EVERYONES routine no matter who they are. Learning proper form dynamics is HUGE!
