Default You had me at "hello"

Well, I thought the "clarification" article was wonderful. It made me believe again. I'm so glad you wrote it. I too laugh/wonder/frown at many of the things noted. On the list of "Don't get me started," most of the article included that list.

I have said, throughout all the BS of the past few years, that the PM remains the most readable newsletter I see each month. Keep it up. I loved it. There is nothing wrong with "calling out," or whatever you kids call it today, certain concepts or ideas. Often, things that looked good (Medicine Ball Cleans is an example as I have never seen anyone ever do them) on paper simply don't measure up in the real world. I have learned, the hard way, that few things honestly carryover into 1. O lifting or 2. Throwing. Which is why I love to use those two sports. The BS ends at the door. When I discover something that makes me or my throwers improve I KNOW IT WORKS!

Great edition. Hats off. I bow.
