vitamin D article
Finally, wrote up an article on Vitamin D.
http://www.eatmoveimprove.com/2009/1...-at-vitamin-d/
I include most of the links provided here by Garrett and others and incorporate them into this article, so if you were going to search and browse through most of them you can find them all here.
Plus, I have some interesting analysis I think you may enjoy in the 4th section.

Thanks for the compliment. I put a lot of work into customizing the theme to fit our needs really well.
Steve and I have the goal of providing a site to which you can link your friends who are VERY new to fitness so that they get a head start on being an educated trainee.
We have high expectations of ourselves! A good layout is a great start, so thanks again!

Hey guys, if you're still reading this:
What are your thoughts on taking Vitamin D + fat post workout with your regular carbs/pro?
I'm trying to get some feedback here.

I was also wondering about timing with vitamin d. From my understanding, it should be taken with fat. Should it also be taken around noon time, when sun would typically be strongest?

Yes, definitely with fat.
I was thinking, in the article, post workout for increased muscle gains.
Uhhhh, I don't know about noon time but that would be an interesting experiment.
