Default 2010 Dowins

Has any one purchased the 2010 Dowins yet? I recently bought a pair. Having problems forming an opinion on them. Right now, I don't think I like them. They are really causing me to rock forward onto the balls of my feet as if the soles are not flat. Don't mind the single strap though. Guess I'm looking for someone to say they have them, experienced the same thing, but once they were broken in they were fine. I want to return them if not. Any help would be awesome!

What type/brand of shoes were you lifting in prior to these?

I was using the VS Athletics white leather lifting shoes. According to write ups the heel heights are different, can't really tell visually or by feel.

Hey, I just saw this post earlier today and wanted to respond. I noticed the same thing when I first got my new Do-Wins and did my OCD examination of them. I've been wearing them about 6 weeks now, and they still have the same behavior. The sole isn't quite level when you examine the shoe by itself. As you press down on the heel of the shoe, the toe pops up in the air. I know this is retarded, but I made a video that explains what we're talking about.

I haven't really noticed that it affects my lifting. Also, perhaps other brands of shoes have this same build. Maybe it's on purpose. I have no idea. I'm by no means the expert.

I just found it peculiar.
