I have been struggling with my form on the DL since I started wearing a belt full time. I just don't feel like I am set properly. Here is a set of 315 X 5 from today. All you big pullers please take a look and let me know how I am doing.
Things I am focusing on are getting a big breath and setting against the belt, pulling my scaps down and back, locking in my traps before I start and finding the optimal hip placement to begin with. I have 6 months to get to a 405 plus DL for a meet I am planning on competing in.
