I lifted in this meet and had no idea that she was doing this. Disappointed I missed it, it was a great video.

Very cool, thanks for posting this! I think my girlfriend used to train with some of the people in this video when she was powerlifting, I'm sure she will be impressed.

who's your girlfriend? i train with about 80% of the people in the intro.

Rachel Churchward. She used to train at Todd's gym and before that I think she trained with a group at Gateway Athletic club. She came to her senses and got into Olympic Lifting about 4 or 5 years ago...
