Default I was just kidding...

I was just joking around on the one thread. I didn't want to turn it anything. Ron and I are cool. I should have made my jest clearer...

Funny thing is...I have found this forum to be a great source of information that takes the "middle way" through training concepts...so, I really need to be more active here.

Good thing Dan and I are cool. Would have made sharing a sauna in June awkward.

Very awkward. and quiet.

Besides, we should all unite and realize who the common enemy is. . .

John Basedow.

I knew a guy in college that worked out at the university gym. He ended up in one of John Basedow's commericials. Funny how the stuff this guy did seemed to be nothing like what John B. advertises.

How long has your TV been inoperational?
Basedow will, "pump up your heart rate and burn pounds of fat."

. . .and he's dead sexy.
