I was just kidding...
I was just joking around on the one thread. I didn't want to turn it anything. Ron and I are cool. I should have made my jest clearer...
Funny thing is...I have found this forum to be a great source of information that takes the "middle way" through training concepts...so, I really need to be more active here.

I knew a guy in college that worked out at the university gym. He ended up in one of John Basedow's commericials. Funny how the stuff this guy did seemed to be nothing like what John B. advertises.
