Raw Food Class
I attended a raw food class with my wife at Whole Foods, which is similar to Trader Joes.
We discovered how easy it is to make almond milk with a blender, almonds, water and a strainer to collect the solid almond material out of the milk. Overnight soaking of almonds helps. Add vanilla and sweetner if needed.
Soaking milled oats or steel cut oats overnight help protect enzymes/vitamins from being destroyed instead of cooking them.
Also, agave plant produces a natural sweetner, low G.I.
Has anyone tried any of these?
