Default 3x Bodyweight DL for 26 Reps

Just came across this video on Facebook and thought it'd be worth sharing: 519x26. It's touch-and-go, sumo, with straps, but it's 519x26 for heaven's sake.


I've never actually met the guy, but some of the older members of the UMCP weightlifting club (who had trained with him) had told me he was strong. They never mentioned any poundages though, and now that I've seen that, I think to say that he was strong was just a bit of an understatement...
And yes, I'm actually holding that handstand. Get on my level.

that's is a fairly beastly stretch of work.
