Default Pressing movements.

Brothers....do I have any sisters that post in this area?

I thought I'd make a super quick post asking if anybody here does any press specific type of weightlifting, I'd push press, military press, push jerk.

What is the basis behind doing the lifts, do you feel that its made a noticeable difference to your sn &/or c&j ?

considering the clean and press was removed from competitions in 1972, to me I figure time and energy could be better spent doing other things like the classic lifts and their variations, squats &/or pulls.
