I am looking for suggestions on continuing training for the next few weeks. The last couple of months I have been feeling slightly over trained. Even with weeks of reduced volume, and even taking weeks off completely. I have a strong feeling that stressors outside of training( School, work) are the source. I am considering using the next four weeks to drop volume and allow my body to recover. Any suggestions on going about this? Statics have become exhausting and now leave my shoulders feeling destroyed.
