Default How much should I SLDL?

Do you cap the load for Stiff leg DL, or Romanian DL as a % of clean or snatch?

I am going to start doing these to strengthen my back and hips to help with the first pull. I am thinking to limit these to no more then 110% of my snatch or clean depending on grip.

Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

I don't see any reason to limit the weight other than posture. If you can take the weight up heavier and still maintain the proper extension of your back and the degree of knee flexion you want, why not?

And as an aside, if you can SLDL for reps 10% more than you can clean, I would see that as an indication that you need more work on your clean technically (or squat strength) rather than strengthening for the first pull.
