Default snatch technique, or a new way to do prowler sprints

This would have been a PR, but my arms bent and re-locked while I was chasing this down...

Easy. Just swept your feet back out from under yourself a bit. Punch those heels down to the floor and pull the back back a little more overhead w your chest up and you would have had no trouble at all.
