Default Study on continuous serum glucose monitoring

Take a look at this presentation on continuous blood glucose monitoring. It shows that in normal individuals, blood glucose will dip back into the normal range after less than 2 hours, which is WAAAY off the current recommendation of <140 mg/dl.

Towards the end, he talks about a different study he did where they had one group of subjects not eat breakfast and showed that by doing so you get a significanly less blood glucose AUC, even at the same energy consumption. IF anyone?
