Default Natalie Woolfolk breaks Am Record

Natalie Woolfolk competed in Cuba yesterday as a 69 (normall she's 63) to help the US qualify for PanAm spots - in the process she snatched 101kg, breaking the longest standing American record by 0.5kg.

Natalie is an awesome lifter she's great fun to watch. Its like time stands still when she snatches, her technique is outstanding, best in the US in my opinion.
