Looking for some advice on these two. Weight on both is 205#
I feel like the power clean was pretty solid. I think I can/should get a little more extension though. The jerk was really sketchy.
The squat clean is a mess. No extension at all. Caught it too high and rode it down into the hole. The jerk was pretty solid though I think.
Ive been power cleaning EVERYTHING up until this point but Im obviously going to need to start squatting if I plan on putting more weight on the bar. My max pc is 260 and front squat is 275 right now.
I can see what you were saying about the missed extension on you pull. I had the same problem transitioning to the full lifts after using exclusively power lifts.
I found that working on using hang and block variations of the lifts help me start to get under.
Im sure doing a couple of complexes with the full lifts wouldn't hurt either( clean pull+clean).
