I just started this new 12 week program. I was wondering on how to program days if I can't get all days in. For example I won't be able to get to gym this weekend and since Friday is usually a rest day I was wondering if I should do Saturdays on Friday? Or take a rest day on Thursday, not doing Thursdays work and do Saturdays work on Friday.
Just wondering how important the Saturdays work are, and if all days can be done 5 in a row or is that rest day right before Saturday more important.
