CF O-lifting Clinic this weekend
Any of you hosers going? I hear the man Himself may be there, which means Aimee and I are extra-super-officially un-invited even for our usual lunch break training session on Saturday. Weak.

Now that's messed up.
You train there, right...there is at least one guy from the P&B going...he's started a OL club at his university, yet has never had any coaching, and is making it a nice drive down the coast with his GF.
It actually sounds like the kind of event I would attend.
Mike Burgener actually builds champions from the ground up.

I'm pissed about it already and I'm not even going to be there!
Greg your dry humour is half the fun... If there is a fitness event I will make time to repeat on a yearly basis it is the Burg seminar! Coach B. has influenced my training more then anyone.
I was going to suggest sponsering you guys as members of CrossFit Mobile for the CrossFit Games but apparently you have to be from the same city? How does a mobile affiliate serving multiple cities bring support then? I feel discriminated against, lol, j/k.
I should just have you register with aliases and give you fake canadian IDs,I could arrange it, just don't try using them coming over the boarder. That would be bad!

Suffice it to say that we are mad for you! That is some BS, god forbid you go over there and workout it. All the advice you still dole out over at the main board must be part of the larger DJ/Gym Jones/PM merger that I've read all about. One word: RIDICULOUS.
