So BeastSkills stud Jim Bathurst entered a ""How Fit Are You?" contest sponsored by Men's Health magazine and was picked as a semi-finalist. You can watch his video ("collection of strength skills") and a few other ones here and then vote for the one you think is best (which is undoubtedly Jim's...)

oh no way man...the guy benching the 2 chicks is so my hero....wow...

Jim has the best vid in my opinion...although I did like the guy doing the body curls too...and the handstand on the round dumbbells? I want to see the other 145 takes that didnt make the final cut....I bet alot of crashing.....
