what foods to limit
I read that paleo dieters, if they want to lose weight, should limit their
nuts to 6 oz a day and limit their fruit intake. What are other people's
experiences with this? I'm finding it hard to snack on veggies, what
with peas and green beans not allowed. Also, I'm raw carroted out,
I ate way too many of them about six months ago and I can't do it anymore.
