I am very slow with my pull under on both snatch and clean. Snatch balance? Hang movements?

Snatch/clean from hang or blocks will help. But you also need to figure out what exactly is slowing you down. e.g. is it that you're not changing directions soon/fast enough, not pulling down aggressively enough, not keeping the bar close, etc.? When you figure that out, it will be easier to choose some exercises to correct the problem. You can check this article about the clean turnover for some ideas.

I looked at some videos of me, and to my fairly novice eyes, I believe that I am being really wimpy on my pull under. When I finish my pulls... big if sometimes... I keep the bar pretty close I think. The article is very helpful. Thanks Greg
