The proficiency of your lifters is the best advertisement I could possibly imagine for a coach. A large group of diverse people, some very strong, some not so strong, all with extremely good form (bordering on perfect in some cases)... that's not easy to accomplish. I am certainly impressed. If I end up in SF I know where I'm heading.
