Curried Veggie Salad

Curried Veggie Salad - Soups & Salads -  - paleo diet, paleo, recipe, nutrition, robb wolf, scott hagnas, weight lifting, strength, conditioning, fitness, greg everett - Catalyst Athletics Recipes
Time: 7 minutes

• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (see mayo recipe)
• 1/4 tsp curry powder
• pepper
• 1 1/4 C white cabbage, chopped
• 1 C red cabbage, chopped
• 1 C celery, chopped
• 3 radishes, chopped

Add mayo, curry, and pepper to a salad bowl. Mix well. Chop the veggies. Next, place all of the veggies in your salad bowl, then toss well to coat with the mayonnaise.

Zone info: 1 serving at 2 carb blocks, 18 fat blocks

Hi Gel,Although it should prirlmiay be a core exercise you are obviously going to get an arm workout as well and a little leg work as the muscles in the leg contract mostly isometrically to hold you in position.Focus on lower weights. The pulley should be as low as it can go. Stand with a split stance (left leg forward if pulley handle is in the right hand), and keep the core locked with your body remaining upright as it rotates through 180 degrees. It's similar to trying to start a petrol lawnmower. By grabbing onto something you are taking the resistance away from the core and turning it into a back exercise.I hope this helps.
