Time: 4 minutes

• 1 can chunk light tuna
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 small apple
• 5 macadamia nuts, chopped

I might be making this up, but I have noticed the last few recipes show "grams" instead of "blocks." Change in philosophy? As a person who has no clue what amounts are in Zone blocks, I certainly appreciate knowing the grams of each macronutrient.

you're not imagining it.
Raph 3 | 2010-10-19
the amount per zone block should be this
7 grams of protein = 1block of protein
9 grams of carbohydrate = 1 block of carbohydrate
1.5 grams of fat = 1 block of fat
