• 1 lb. grassfed stew beef, cut into 1" cubes
• 1 cup green onions, sliced
• 1 Tbsp coconut oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 cups fresh pineapple, diced
• 1 Tbsp wheat-free Tamari soy sauce

Add the meat, onions, oil and garlic to a large pot. Brown the meat, stirring over medium heat. Once the meat is browned and the onions soft, add the remaining ingredients. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for around 4 hours. Stir occasionally.

Looks killer but I'd avoid the Tamari. Coconut Aminos are a killer soy sauce substitute.
