One of the favorite DVDs played in the Catalyst Athletics gym while our lifters are training. Tons of huge weights and amazing speed.

This DVD shows the Bulgarian national team training in a gym somewhere in Asia in preparation for the 1988 Seoul Olympics. There are lifts that exceeded the world records of the time, and even some that exceed current world records.

This home made video was shot by an unknown weightlifting fan and found its way into the PHAT Elvis gym and has only been seen by a select few members of the U.S. weightlifting community. Watch these lifters break world records.
