In regards to the wrist sprain comment a couple days ago I had one further question. Judging by the way it feels I am going to be out about 2 weeks. I had just completed the first block of the 4-block cycle 4 from December of 2008. When I get back in the gym should I start over or move into the second block? Thanks for your help.
