Rack Jerk - Worked up to 225 behind-the-neck (20-lbs PR!!!) Felt like I could've gone higher! Power Snatch - 135 x 1 x 3 Power Clean & Jerk - 185 x 1 x 3 Skipped the MetCon because of a soccer game later today.
