-knee is feeling better today,attempted to do a bit of a combination of mon and today WODs Snatch - 91kg x1, 100%/96kg failed twice C&J - up to 116kg/~93%, decided to stop there cause Jerks were all crap FS 90%x1 - 135kg Todays Metcon - 2:44

Got a fever, I had to let go some so I still went to lift and it actually felt good. C&j - 105kg Sn - 72.5kg, failed 77.5kg twice, it's very weird after the c&j FS - 110kg 1 set of 40 kipping pull-ups and called it a day, time to go to bed.

C&J: up to 195# and failed the jerk (my shoulders are toast this week). Snatch: up to 130# and failed it. What's up today? FS: up to 225# x1 (PR by 10#). That's more like it! Standing calf raises: 420# x8x3 10-8-6-4-2 reps of KPU and box jumps in 2:38. Very good time for me. Rotator cuff movements to flush in some blood and stretch them a bit. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
