Hello Greg -
Thanks for helping me out with my previous questions! I can already feel definite improvement. I'm trying to follow the content of your book to learn the movements. When I've become slightly more confident with the movements I hope to post a movie here of me performing them.
Lately I've found various sites with CF wods, namely crossfit.com, optimumperformancetraining.blogspot.com (OPT James Fitzgerald) and navyseals.com/forums -> CrossFit WOD.
How does these differ from each other (if at all)?
What's the difference in the end outcome of following one instead of the other?
Does the nutrition also differ from following each one, or is 100% optimal?
These questions aren't meant to bring a huge, educated response. However, as I'm always looking for more knowledge on this subject, as I love it more than anything, I'd really like to know.
Thanks again,
Bo |
