25/5'7"/177 Sn - 170 (Tied Old PR) (+15lb from 4 weeks ago) C+J - 225 (Old PR) (Never jerked before 4 weeks ago) F. Squat - Forgot to Do ...Not much improvement, although my old PRs all came during this past 4 weeks. I've been dieting and went from about 180 to 175-177 depending on food/hydration status in the past 4 weeks, so that may have something to do with it as well. I need to pick up some microplates, too.
