you and rob seem to have great wrist flexibility (or strength; maybe both). the bar is in your palms and not on your fingers in the rack position. is that a stronger hand position for the drive on the jerk or does it matter? |

Yes, it's a better rack position for the jerk. Better pressing mechanics but without sacrificing the placement of the bar on the shoulders. This is less about wrist flexibility than shoulder flexibility.

When doing these workouts, are the Olympic lifts to be done on opposite ends of the day from Crossfit portion? Or, are they suposed to be done in the same workout? |
