Are ya'all going to Arnold? I'm thinking about your seminar in Dallas.
greg 3 | 2009-03-04
Was wondering the same thing as Thea...is anyone who trains with you competing at the Arnold? Going on Saturday and can't wait, it'd be cool to see some familiar faces from this site competing.
Greg Everett 4 | 2009-03-04
Thea/Greg - We won't be at the Arnold this year. No time for love, Dr. Jones!Thea - You better come!
Thea Taylor 5 | 2009-03-04
I understand! Running your own gig is a full time + job. I'll make time for the seminar. That'll be right after Masters Nationals. ps. I'll tell Arnold you said hello. haha

Greg, which straps do you prefer, the ones that are stitched together at the ends, or the ones with the loops?
Jeromy 7 | 2009-03-05
The saturday weight lifting session.....is that open to non-members?
Greg Everett 8 | 2009-03-05
Matt - I like the loops for heavy pulling/DLing, but regular straps if I'm snatching. If I had to pick only one, it would the the regular ones.
Greg Everett 9 | 2009-03-05
Jeromy -Yes.
