S: 95 (having trouble catching the darn thing overhead)
For the metcon, I stopped at 10 minutes. 1 complete round, 1 row, and 8 push presses, as RX'ed. Is this the best way to scale these things? I was thinking along the lines of Gant's hybrid, i.e. scale the time, not the weight, so I get stronger.
