Greg and Aimee - I have been out the past 3d with a stomach flu or something. Feeling better and plan to lift today. Any suggestions on how to ease back into the program and/or guideliness to follow when returning back from sickness or acute injury? Thanks.. |

Rossi -
No real rules, just go how you feel - you'll probably find yourself a bit lightheaded the first day or two, so just drop the weight and sets as necessary to get yourself moving without dying completely. And get tons of water in. |

Awesome video. I can't wait to get back under the bar, been dealing with knee problems. I guess hang power snatches will suffice for now. Any other recommendations? |

Matt -
Pretty much anything you can do that doesn't aggravate the knee. You can do a lot of pressing, pull-ups/rowing, and the like; hang power and muscle lifts; good morning, stiff-legged DLs, etc. Just get creative and try to do as much as you can with a bit of modification as necessary. |
