Greg- Don't know if you will spot it, but somebody asked a great question at the end of the day yesterday- Should we start our hang cleans and snatches from a dead stop at the mid thigh(as they were doing in the video) or start with some momentum down to that position and go (more like in the video in the exercises sections with you)? Thanks for all the help!
