Kettlebell Clean

The kettlebell clean would be more accurately called a muscle clean, but it is the basic kettlebell lift to the shoulder. It begins as a kettlebell swing. As the bell rises, pull the elbow up, back and then quickly tuck it under the kettlebell to receive it smoothly in the rack position. The kettlebell should not crash onto your arm or shoulder. There is little effort to this turnover - it's less of a pull of the kettlebell up than a sneak of the arm underneath.
