Start with the bag on the floor and grip the material or handles. You can use different grips for variations on the movement, from palms facing each other to palms facing back. Bend at the hips and unlock the knees, keeping the back arched tightly. Pull the elbows high and squeeze the back until the back contacts your trunk.
