first post on this site... (wts in lbs)... will try to follow as best my schedule will allow... background... 6'0", 187lb, male, 29 y/o; former collegiate track athlete [USC], been crossfitting the last yr or so and my thirst for olympic lifting has been growing and per my brother-in-law have found this site... S- 135 / 145 / 135 / 135 / 135 [working on catching low] C&J- 185 x5 sets [felt good] BS- high bar, ass-2-grass - 275 / 295 / 315 Mini Met-Con... wasn't sure if this was for time or not... subbed 'toes-2-bar' while hanging from rings for HLR used 40lb dumbells time: 4:25 -gm2
