I did yesterday's workout this morning, posted it under yesterday's comments. I missed my 140# snatch attempts, my shoulders were feeling all of the snatches from the last two weeks...

I posted a video of my clean and jerks. I spend entirely too much time messing with my hand position for the jerk. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not a coach, but I've been lifting for almost 9 years, so take my tips for what they're worth. On the jerk, you are not transitioning from the dip to the drive quickly, and I think you are dipping too far. Shorten it up and change directions quickly.
