I want to give a HUGE thanks to Greg and Steve Pan. I signed up for the USAW 1 course with Glen Pendlay and when they have us perform the practical portion of the lifts, I hardly ever need critiquing aside from the minor things that pop up.

>> felt easy today; have found with this cycle that doing 90% of 1RM in the early AM before work w/ a limited warmup is much harder than on weekends with more time to warmup and drill before the lifts
