Hello, Question about how one's hang snatch usually compares to a full snatch. Is a hang snatch usually less than a full snatch? Seems like it would be. Thanks xx
Greg Everett 2010-02-24
XX - Usually, and should be. Occasionally people can hang snatch more than they snatch because of an inability to get into a good position from the floor; taking it from the hang allows them to ensure correct positioning. But this is like power snatching more than you snatch - it's indicative of a problem.

Thanks Greg - I got some problems to work on with lifting it from the floor then!
