Some clarification on the sets and reps - Is that 8 singles in the classic lifts and 15 sets of 4 leg raises or 1 set of 8 in the classic lifts and 4 sets of 15 in the leg raise? Logic would dictate a 8 singles and 4 sets of 15 but then sets & reps aren't consistent. Thanks!

It is 8 sets of 1 rep for the classic lifts and 4 sets of 15 for the leg raises. For more information on the notation please read the help section here.
