Greg,

My brother and I have a meet this coming Saturday. Do you think we should stick to the last week of this cycle or go with the usual week before routine, a la:

Monday: 90% of Openers x 1 x 1
Tuesday: 85% of Openers x 1 x 2
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: 80% of Openers x 1 x 3
Friday: 70% of Openers x 1 x 5 or rest
Saturday: Meet

MJ 2010-05-10
Snatch - 130 x 1
Clean and Jerk - 180 x 1
Front Squat - 185 x 1
Reverse Hyper - 3 x 10

Brian - You can do either one. If you're comfortable with the one you posted, use it. If you're adventurous, stick with the posted workouts (they're nearly the same thing anyway). Good luck.
