Competed in my first meet today in Moorestown, NJ in the 87 kg class. I went 4 for 6, missed last snatch and first c&j.

76 kg (missed 82 kg)

I had a good time and would agree with others that doing a meet is a great experience. I'm hooked and looking forward to a better showing next time.

The same is true for me, but I unfortunately only hit my openers. It was a very long and nerve-wracking day, but seriously fun. I haven't been that nervous in quite some time. We also saw some truly strong lifts, the highest I've ever seen in person by a fair margin. It was inspiring. Bring on the next one.
