Muscle snatch: 40 kg BS: 2 x 130 kg, 1 x 130 kg + fail GM, 20 kg Planks, front: 3 min, sides: 2x1 min Had a few busy days so I´m happy with the result. 2 x 130 kg is a new personal best!
