Had to take advantage of extra time off today, so I did two of Kelly Starrett's mobility wod's from www.mobilitywod.com (great stuff), then combined yesterday's lifts and today's lifts. All felt great and I'm looking forward to rest tomorrow!

I'm competing in the USAW/Crossfit Compettion on October 2nd. Will the next cycle set me up to "peak" that weekend? This is my first oly competition, I have no chance of winning my class, but would like to do my best, and possibly hit PR's at competition.

Bodyweight: 79kg

My best recent lifts:
Snatch: 74kg
C & J: 94kg
Front Squat: 107kg
Back Squat: 124kg
