You sure know the way to a Floridian's heart! Hot Water Music is the Best thing ever to come out of Gainesville, FL. Great choice of music on the video. Question - I'm interested constructing a set of blocks. Can anyone give me some help with the dimensions? BTW, the cycle prior to this current one was my first experience follow your programming and it ended in a 3kg increase for the snatch & a 2kg increase in the c&j. I'm very happy with my progress thus far. Thank you much Greg.

Alfred - Look in the free articles section - there is a guide to building the jerk blocks, and our pulling blocks are essentially the same construction.
