Hey 2010-09-17
Im new this site and im wondering to follow this site. But I have some questions.

•Snatch push press - 70% x 5, 75% x 5, 80% x 5 x 2
I get that my 70% might be 80 kilow for 5 reps. But when it says
80% x 5 x 2 i get confused. Is it two sets of 5 reps?

And then •Power snatch + snatch - 65% (of snatch) x 2 sets; 70% x 3 sets
I thought the (x2) was the reps but here it says (x2 sets) how many reps should I do ?

And my final one, •Clean pull - 97% (of clean) x 3 x 3
Is it 3 sets of 3 reps or 3 reps of 3 sets ?
