weight in # muscle snatch - 132 snatch - (143 x 1, 154 x 1, 165 x 1) x 3 jerk - 337 lb (missed 352 lb) -jerks were off today. encouraging that i still managed 337 lb (PR 343 lb).

MS: 105 snatch: 87, 101.5, 110 jerk: 185 Not a good day, probably because I didn't warm up enough. conditioning: 2 rounds + 2 shoulders Forgot to go cross-body on the shoulders. Just made a 75# water ball, so I used that. Otherwise, a 35-50# sandbag probably would have been a better idea.

Muscle snatch: 65 Snatch: 65, 70, 75. Hit 85 at the end for a single. Jerk: 120. Think I could have hit higher. Got one of those awesome rips that posts up under the skin and you can feel it? It ripped on the last set. I'm psyched.

M.Snatch-125# Snatch-105#,110#,120# Jerk-MFD-230# (Failed 235#) Conditioning: 3rds + 5 Shoulder to shoulder push press (F-ing heavy sandbag, have no idea what it's weight is. I need to get a shell for sandbag workouts, not having an actual spot to grab the bag sucks & I'm tired of wasting all my duct tape.)
